To achieve this goal, the investor entrusted Cường Tuấn Phát with the design and construction of the entire landscape system.
2. Scope of Work
The project emphasizes both aesthetics and functionality, with landscape works including:

Master planning of the apartment’s green space layout

Planting of shade trees and ornamental flower trees in internal courtyards

Installing grass carpets, shrubbery, and miniatures near rest areas and walking paths

Implementing an automatic irrigation system and soil improvement for planting

Decorating with flower beds and potted plants around residential blocks
3. Plant Selection & Eco-Friendly Design
Plants were carefully selected to match the local climate, minimize maintenance, and provide long-term sustainability:

Shade trees: Golden Shower, Taiwan Almond, Copperpod

Flowering plants: Bougainvillea, Yellow Bell, Wrightia religiosa

Shrubs and groundcover: Hibiscus, Ixora, Zoysia grass
The landscape layout is open and breathable, improving air circulation and creating a healthy, eco-friendly living environment.
4. Project Outcome
After completion, Bao Minh Apartment’s outdoor space became greener, more vibrant, and more inviting. Residents enjoy additional areas for relaxation, exercise, and community activities.
