To enhance the quality of living space and overall aesthetics, the investor collaborated with Cuong Tuan Phat Co., Ltd. to implement the landscape design and green space construction for the entire neighborhood.

Scope of Landscape Construction

Main items executed by CTP include:

• Master planning of the landscape design

• Planting shade trees along internal streets

• Designing gardens and green spaces in public areas

• Lawn carpeting and flower bed planting

• Installing automatic irrigation systems and soil treatment

Selected Plant Species

All plants are carefully selected to thrive in the southern climate of Vietnam and provide high aesthetic value:

• Shade trees: Hopea odorata, Dipterocarpus, Tabebuia rosea

• Flowering trees: Lagerstroemia, Wrightia, Tecoma stans

• Shrubs: Hibiscus, Duranta, Ixora

• Grass: Ginger grass, Japanese lawn grass
